Used for reading data from an Excel or CSV file one row at a time. This is useful when reading a large data file.

Method Summary
	closeReader() Closes the reader and releases resources.
String[]	getColumns() Returns the column names obtained from the first line in the file.
	moveTo(int line) Advances the reader to the specified record. This can be called only forward. Line 0 is the field names. Data records start at line 1.
Data	readData() Reads the next line of data. Returns null if there are no more rows to read.
String	toString() Returns a description of this object.
